Tikkun LA 2008

"THE JUDGMENT WAS SET AND THE BOOKS WERE OPENED" Daniel 7:10

דִּינָא יְתִב, וְסִפְרִין פְּתִיחוּ:דניאל ז,י

OUR GOAL IS TO OPEN THE BOOK OF JUDGMENTS OF LA SUPERIOR COURT...

TO BRING LOS ANGELES BACK INTO THE FOLD OF THE AMERICAN CONSTITUTION...

TIKKUN LA 2008

By Yom Kippur - Thursday, October 9, 2008

יום כפור, תשרי י‘, נעילה

"...in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land... and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof:" Leviticus, 25:10

Let all people of good will join forces to open the LA County Books of Court, foremost among them - the Book of Judgments - by yom kippur observance date this year, on October 9, 2008.

It is striking that the LA Superior Court keeps its books as "privileged" rather than as Public Records. It is abuse of First Amendment rights by none other than the court itself! For the same reasons, there is simply no acceptable explanation, for why the LA Superior Court has been keeping the Books of Court as "privileged" all along, and why it should refuse to restore their rightful public record status, now, in response to public petition.

The opening of the books, in and of itself, will surely bring about a positive change across the board, greater than what anybody could expect.

It is not a lot of time, but with your help, it is possible. We ask that you distribute it by email or otherwise to your friends, and help us generate the highest possible levels of response.

Let's make a positive change in LA,
.
.
Joseph Zernik.
