09-12-10 Some of the judges against whom we have incontrovertible evidence of corruption

The list below was not composed based on any knowledge of receipt of bribes, or bias in judicial actions. The list below was composed based on participation of these judges in sham court actions - Kozinski Fraud - to pervert justice, to deny individuals of property and/or of liberty.  Moreover, it was alleged that Kozinski Fraud were made possible through Ronald George Computer Systems at the courts.

For the past three years FBI Los Angeles and US Attorney Office, Los Angeles have refused to investigate complaints regarding widespread corruption of the courts in Los Angeles. The complaints were originally only against judges of the Los Angeles Superior Court, and then again - less than 10 judges.

The only reasons provided for the refusal to investigate were the following:
1) Steven Goldman - Chief - FBI White Collar Crime, Los Angels:
"If what you are saying is true, it is widespread public corruption, and well above my head."
2) Michael Wilner - US Prosecutor, Los Angeles:
"You named too many names".

  • The court refuses to disclose its Local Rules of Court, even on central procedures such as entry of judgment.
  • The Court denies for years access to public court records such as Index of All Cases, Calendars of the the Courts, and Registers of Actions (California dockets)
  • The Rampart scandal investigation (1998-2000) documented false imprisonments of many thousands. Yet - the latest report (2006) documented that the victims were never released, and that the judges are among those who prevent their release.
  • The evidence documented numerous real estate fraud cases by the Court, which propelled LA Count to the "epicenter of the epidemic" according to FBI.
  • The Court was documented engaging in corruption in collusion with COuntrywide, and later - with Bank of America Corporation.

09-12-10 Repeat request for Sheriff Lee Baca to provide access to public records - arrest and booking papers

Subject: Request for the House Judiciary Committee to initiate corrective actions regarding evidence of widespread corruption of the Los Angeles Superior Court and the Los Angeles Justice System.
Bcc:

To members of the House of Representatives Judiciary Committee:

Copied below is my repeat request for the arrest and booking papers of two attorneys who, evidence showed, were arrested by the Los Angeles County Sheriff, with no warrants at all, and were held at jail-hospital facilities with no medical justification. The second inmate was now released on bail. Regardless, request was made pursuant to California Public Records Act to access the arrest and booking records of both.

The evidence of widespread corruption of the justice system in Los Angeles County, California, is overwhelming - with the Los Angeles Superior Court at the heart of the matter. Regardless, FBI and US Department of Justice refuse to enforce the law.

Please initiate corrective actions pursuant to your duties.

Sheriff Lee Baca_ _ _ _ _ Attorney Richard Fine

To Sheriff Lee Baca, Sheriff Department of Los Angeles County:

RE: Repeat request to access public records that were the arrest and booking records of inmates in the sheriffs facilities: Richard Fine and Ronald Gottschalk

Dear sheriff Baca:
Please accept this notice as a repeat request to access public records which are arrest and booking records, pursuant to the California Public Records Act - Cal Govt Code 6250 - 6276.48, particularly pursuant to 6254(f).
This request pertains to the records of the following two individuals:
1) Booking No: 1824367; Last Name: FINE; First Name: RICHARD; Middle Name: I; Sex: M; Race: W; Date Of Birth: 01/22/1940; Age: 69; Hair: GRY; Eyes: BRO; Height: 509 Weight: 175; Charge Level: O (Other)
2) Booking No: 2088144; Last Name: GOTTSCHALK; First Name: RONALD; Middle Name: NORTON; Sex: M; Race: W; Date Of Birth: 07/15/1943; Age: 66; Hair: BRO; Eyes: BRO; Height: 510; Weight: 185; Charge Level: F (Felony)
These cases were of particular concern, since both were attorneys who were arrested following the filing of complaints pertaining to alleged widespread corruption of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Moreover, the evidence indicated that in both cases they were arrested with no warrants at all. In both cases they were held in the jails hospital, not in the jails regular facilities, with no reason at all, and in both cases,
the evidence indicated that they were never part of the jails count of inmates.
Needless to say, the above facts, upon review, were likely to be deemed serious abuse of Human Rights pursuant to ratified International Law.
Please let me know where and when I would be allowed to access these records and/or obtain their copies.

As stated, attempts to pigeonhole these giants were likely to be futile. My all-time favorite on the subject was Jefferson's letter to the Baptist clergy of Connecticut. Text below was cut and paste from Library of Congress exhibition catalog, and newsletter in 1998. However, I believed that that there was another, much better, full-length scholarly article from Yale Library, in Connecticut, where the manuscript, and the deleted sections of it, were first discovered around the 1990's.
In sum:
The convergence in time and place of key persons counted among the Framers - like Benjamin Franklin , Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson , James Madison and some others, the fact that such minds prevailed, and that the document that they produced is still lawfully to guide this nation, was an event of unreasonably low statistical odds in the history of mankind.

_____________
A Wall of Separation
The celebrated phrase, "a wall of separation between church and state," was contained in Thomas Jefferson's letter to the Danbury Baptists. American courts have used the phrase to interpret the Founders' intentions regarding the relationship between government and religion. The words, "wall of separation," appear just above the section of the letter that Jefferson circled for deletion. In the deleted section Jefferson explained why he refused to proclaim national days of fasting and thanksgiving, as his predecessors, George Washington and John Adams, had done. In the left margin, next to the deleted section, Jefferson noted that he excised the section to avoid offending "our republican friends in the eastern states" who cherished days of fasting and thanksgiving.
He originally wrote "
a wall of eternal separation between church and state," later deleting the word "eternal." He also deleted the phrase "the duties of my station, which are merely temporal." Jefferson must have been unhappy with the uncompromising tone of both of these phrases, especially in view of the implications of his decision, two days later, to begin attending church services in the House of Representatives.

Jefferson's Letter to the Danbury Baptists
The Final Letter, as Sent

To messers. Nehemiah Dodge, Ephraim Robbins, & Stephen S. Nelson, a committee of the Danbury Baptist association in the state of Connecticut.
Gentlemen
The affectionate sentiments of esteem and approbation which you are so good as to express towards me, on behalf of the Danbury Baptist association, give me the highest satisfaction. my duties dictate a faithful and zealous pursuit of the interests of my constituents, & in proportion as they are persuaded of my fidelity to those duties, the discharge of them becomes more and more pleasing.
Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between Man & his God, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legitimate powers of government reach actions only, & not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of separation between Church & State. Adhering to this expression of the supreme will of the nation in behalf of the rights of conscience, I shall see with sincere satisfaction the progress of those sentiments which tend to restore to man all his natural rights, convinced he has no natural right in opposition to his social duties.
I reciprocate your kind prayers for the protection & blessing of the common father and creator of man, and tender you for yourselves & your religious association, assurances of my high respect & esteem.
Th Jefferson
Jan. 1. 1802.
