Los Angeles, August 26 – Joseph Zernik, PhD, of Human Rights Alert (NGO), is seeking ways to submit a complaint to a Grand Jury regarding widespread corruption of the courts and the legal profession in Los Angeles County, California. Access is sought to both de facto [[ii], [iii]] and de jure [[iv]] Grand Juries in California.
Grand Juries, de facto or de jure, are in place in most of the several states, [[v]] they are intended as specialized panels for review of allegations of government corruption.
The evidence of corruption of the justice system in Los Angeles County focuses on two aspects:
- Large-scale, ongoing false imprisonment, [[vi]] and
- Financial institutions and real estate fraud in collusion with Countrywide, Bank of America, and others [[vii]]
- The Human Rights Council of the United Nations, which referred in its 2010 official Staff Report to “Corruption of the courts and the legal profession” in California; [[viii]]
- International computer science journal and international computer science conference, [[ix]] and
- The 16th World Criminology Congress [[x]]
Both the corruption, and likewise, the refusal of law enforcement agencies to provide Equal Protection are not unique to Los Angeles County, California:
- Previous attempt to submit a complaint with the Los Angeles County de facto Grand Jury was denied;
- Recent attempts by William Windsor, of LawlessAmerica.com to file a complaint, pertaining to corruption of the courts, with an Atlanta, Georgia, de facto Grand Jury were likewise rebuffed. [[xii],[xiii]]
The de jure grand juries reflect a widespread perception among the people of the United States, including highest level political figures, that some senior officers of the United States, including judges, are engaged in “treasonous” conduct. [[xv],[xvi],[xvii],[xviii]]
Corruption of the courts has reached the level of a constitutional crisis, the like of which has not been seen since the Civil War. The People are deprived of life, liberty, and property, with no due process of law. [[xix],[xx]]
